Building and Buying
Buying a Resale or Spec Home
We will supply you with a list of current builder spec homes and what is currently available via the MLS Our automatic update service will alert you to any new homes coming on the market for sale and also of any homes that have sold. This service is tailored to your specific requirements so you will always know what is available in resale property at Bella Collina.
When you identify a property you may be interested in we can visit the home on your behalf and take additional images or video so you can get a complete overview of the property and all aspects of the home. We can arrange a personal viewing as needed.
We write offer contracts and specify any conditions needed to complete the purchase of the home. We also arrange for a home inspection service so you will know the exact condition of the property and should any issues arise we will negotiate those items on your behalf with the seller.
We will liaise with the title company and the lender to ensure a smooth transaction of ownership and make sure you are prepared for ownership ensuing that you have met all the necessary obligations regarding home insurance, utility and community commitments.
Building a Custom Home

Continuous updates via photo, aerial drone and video as the build progresses. Liaise with updates, change orders and implementation during construction. Work with interior decorator to put together a home package if needed. Ensure all utilities, community accounts are in place for ownership.
Completion and Aftercare
Liaise with vendors to ensure home is is completed and all services are operational. We are available for any recommendations via our network of “best in class” associates.
